Performance Monitoring |
|
Use charts and graphs to make employees become aware how they are performing against targets. This is also a very good way to show daily/weekly output targets, quality performance (failure rates) and apply a subtle ‘peer group pressure’ in team working environments as no-one to be in the team which has the lowest output and quality figures week on week. Performance monitoring boards should not be used exclusively to show production targets, but to show everyone the status of the business, quality data, operator instructions, advice, etc. Use the performance monitoring boards as a means of motivating your operators. |
