Cash Flows forecasts are in effect budgets, which are predictions about future expenditure.

What we have shown below is the spreadsheet forecast model from the earlier part of this accounting section, this time we have projected and actual figures to deal with. Please feel free to play around with the figures in the model and view the projected against real perform results:

It should be seen, that is a business is performing adversely to its project figures then preventative and corrective action needs to take place.
