THE LONG WALK HOME

BY: Nelson Mandela, PRICE: $24.95, PUBLISHER: Little, Brown and Company (1994), ISBN: 0-316-54585-6.

The story of Nelson Mandela in his own words, from being a foster child to growing and joining the ANC, through his prison years and up to his return as president of South Africa. Fascinating reading.

MALCOLM

BY: Bruce Perry, PRICE: $14.95, PUBLISHER: Station Hill (1992), ISBN: 0-88268-121-4

This book is about the life of Malcom X and is a lot more definitive than several books on Malcolm X. Indeed his own auto-biography is flawed as it was written at a time when he believed 100% in the nation of islam. Indeed prior to his death he had denounced the organisation as abusing the ethics enshrined in Islam. The book is extremely comprehensive and should be read by anyone who wishes to research Malcolm X.

NOSTRADAMUS - COUNTDOWN TO APOCALYPSE

If your interested in reading the prophecies of nostradamus, then this is the book to read, all the prophecies are examined, and interpreted. A bit on the long side, but none the less, interesting.
