Ensure the most suitable people are used in the design stage.
Ask employees what their views on team based working are and how they
themselves would implement team based working.
Reduce the barriers within the workplace, often the more levels in a
organisations structure the greater the lines of communication are.
Be prepared to look at other companies and see how they have managed to
implement team based working, ask them how they got and what the pitfalls were.
You will be suprised just how obliging other companies can be.
